Mooie koperkleurige, traditionele IPA, met uitsluitend Engelse hop en volle mout body. In dit bier is gebruik gemaakt van de haast verloren gegane hopsoort Ernest. Deze hopsoort was begin 20e eeuw, zijn tijd ver vooruit met zijn aromatische eigenschappen. Wij hebben deze unieke hop, weer een podium gegeven in deze klassieke IPA.
