Dewars 21 Years Double Double Aged is een heerlijk bruin gekleurde blended whisky afkomstig uit Schotland. Deze variant is een speciaal rijpingsproces ondergegaan, waarbij de single malt en single grain whisky's apart van elkaar zijn gerijpt. Dit hebben zij 2 maal gedaan op eikenhouten vaten waarna ze samengevoegd zijn voor een 3e rijpingsperiode, om vervolgens een finish te krijgen op Oloroso sherry vaten.
