DEWAR'S© French Smooth is de vierde release binnen de cask-serie die de voortdurende zoektocht naar extra smaak vertegenwoordigd. Acht jaar gerijpt, daarna dubbel gerijpt voor extra zachtheid, en uiteindelijk gefinisht in Calvados (apple spirit) vaten. De Calvados-afwerking versterkt de kenmerkende citrustonen van Dewar's met daaraan toegevoegd de subtiele smaken van gebakken appels.
